The owner was very helpful and professional.He arranged us a parking space for just 750Ft a day(about ten minutes away on foot).When you see the entrance of the building for the first time you get disappointed but then the apartment is really modern and comfortable. You feel like living in a neighbourhood.

The only problem was that there was not a hair drier and for girls this is a big problem when the weather is really cold and rainy.

Nice and clean apartment, good location. The owner is very pleasant and very helpful person.

Only one thing is missing. Would be nice to have a handrail on stairs to bed.

A fantastic place. The apartment is very spacious, clean and very nicely decorated with modern design. It located 5mins walk from the central train station and the huge West End shopping mall.

A nice place. If you really want 5 stars/room service/ paparazzi, then look somewhere else. If you want to enjoy a decent place that provides all the basic accommodations, is clean, and fully equipped for preparing a breakfast or even a meal then this is a great choice. Parking is provided for 3 euros /day at a (somehow) nearby location, witch is great if you don't want to drive while staying in Budapest. The small but efficient kitchen as well as all the furnishings are IKEA .

The common entrance to the apartments is not very appealing, but you will got a chance to become for few days a real city dweller. If you really want to say "I spent few days in Budapest", -and not in a glasshouse hotel- then you will not care about such details and enjoy your stay in this really nice place.

There's no curtain at the shower area so the bathroom was messed up after use.

Very good location- close to the center, near West End mall, very comfortable and clean apartment ( we stayed in studio A) ,and very very friendly and kind owner- we had really enjoyed there. Honest recomendation from us !

Only one international tv chanel- CNN /no cable tv. But wi fi is working well , and everything else was fine.

The central location which is convenient and its design.

No hair dryer was provided. Could not understand the excuse given by the owner that the hair dryer would cause life danger.

Everything was perfect!Clean, quiet and in a great location, just a few meters from the Nuygati train station, the tram and the metro.It is also close to the Westend Mall.The owner was very friedly and helpfull and he let us stay until 20:00 at the evening without asking us any additional rate.I Would recommend this apartment to anyone!

a great and modern flat in the center for the price of a room in a basic hotel. the building has a typical inside courtyard which is quiet and familial. fridge microwave and lot of stuff to be independant for breakfast or meals. trains/tram/subway/bus stations and shopping center when you cross the street. 5min by foot to reach margit island. you can believe in your host for pre-payment/deposit fees and to receive help if needing

Very very nice; the guest was great, the location also, near Nyugati railway station with acces to metro, tram and bus, supermarket or westend mall. The inner courtyard, specific to old budapest hausmannian city center was very romantic.

Great room(one bedroom apartment). Nice host. The nearby streets were dirty but the transportation was convenient(few minutes walk to metro).

Exellent apartment for a selfmade traveller, who get meal services from the neighborhood, but want to be in clean, peacefull and safe surroundings in the heart of the lovely City. Everything operated and the host was a modern intellicent man and gave straightforward all needed information for a couple of days visit there.

All is perfect. Clean and ideally equipped apartment. Large and comfortable. Owner is also very friendly and helpful person. Highly recommended for few days stay in Budapest. I believe we return here and we again rent Kadar apartment with pleasure.

Only surroundings...Many homeless people who sleep on the Kadar Street or stay on the nearby metro entrances. Nothing negative on Kadar apartment.
